Do I need off-road experience to drive the UTV?
Not at all! No prior experience is required, and our guides will provide full instructions to ensure you feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel. Drivers must be 21 or older with a valid driver’s license.
How difficult are the hikes on this tour?
The hikes are short and relatively easy, but some involve walking on sand or rocky terrain. We take breaks as needed, and the effort is always rewarded with stunning views and ancient wonders.
What should I bring?
Wear closed-toe shoes (required for drivers) and comfortable hiking clothes. Bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and extra water, especially in warm weather. We provide helmets, goggles, and a cooler with cold water.
How big are the groups, and can I book a private tour?
The group size is limited to 3 UTVs plus a guide (around 12 people total), ensuring a personalized and intimate experience. If you’d like a private tour, just give us a call to arrange an upgrade!
When and where does the tour start?
Tours run Monday–Saturday (closed Sundays), year-round. Meet at Expedition Kanab Headquarters, and arrive 30 minutes before departure for check-in and gear-up. Start times adjust seasonally for the best experience.
